Rolling Mill
Consett
There are a range of stylish homes at Rolling Mill. All with one thing in common: quality. And to give you complete peace of mind, every
McInerney Home is protected by a ten year NHBC guarantee.
We’re the first to acknowledge that quality time at home is precious.
Which is why we build our houses to be as maintenance-free as possible.
You’ll also find a choice of standard features that are anything but standard.
Like kitchens that cry out to be cooked in. Quality ovens and hobs from big name manufacturers. Full gas central heating with
thermostatic radiator valves to the bedrooms, lounge and dining room. Even fitted wardrobes or a dressing room in the master bedroom.
Externally, you’ll find a paved patio.
Relaxing walks down wooded paths, a quiet drink down the local and bicycle rides the whole family can enjoy. They’re yours at Rolling Mill, Consett.
Set conveniently close to the town centre, it’s the perfect place to bring up a family. A whole range of local shops and amenities are close by.
Including the 150 year old Grey Horse Pub and Derwentrose Brewery, the oldest surviving public house in the area.
Consett was built in the early 1800s to support the now dismantled Iron and Steel works. As well a whole range of shops and amenities, the town
centre is home to the brand new main campus for Derwentside College.
The campus provides the majority of 16+ education for the whole north west of County Durham.
Natural beauty is never far away from Consett. Derwent reservoir, 1000 acres of beautiful, clear and open water surrounded by 500 acres of Northumbrian countryside, is only a short drive away.
And the popular Coast to Coast cycle path runs nearby, stretching from Sunderland in the east to Whitehaven in the west.
