McInerney Homes launched its West Midlands division in January this year at Pendeford Business Park but the division has grown so rapidly that it has been forced to find a new home of its own and is already moving to a larger unit on the same development.

That meant that the team could carry most of their belongings the short distance across the park to their new 2,800 sq ft home.

David Griffin, managing director of McInerney Homes West Midlands, said: “We expected the division to grow quickly but we are very pleased with just how rapidly it has happened. We are already working on three sites in the region and our first properties have gone on sale at our very first development in Redditch.

The team has now grown and so it was essential that we found a new home for ourselves. It was extremely convenient that there was another unit at Pendeford Business Park because it has proved to be a great location.”

He added: “We are very pleased with our first eleven months in the West Midlands and in the next few years see great potential for future growth.”
