Local housebuilder donates washing machine to Jump primary school

The Yorkshire division of McInerney Homes, Ireland’s largest housebuilder, plans to get local youngsters in a lather –of the soapsud variety. 

The housebuilder, who is developing a range of new homes on Cemetary Road, Jump has donated a new washer/dryer to Jump Primary and Infant School on Roebuck Hill. The machine will be used in the infants’ class.

Marie Fletcher, sales and marketing manager for McInerney Yorkshire, said: ”Wherever we build, we feel its very important to forge good links with the local community, and so when we heard there was a need for a machine at the local school we wanted to help out.”

Jenny of Jump Primary and Infant School adds:” We’re delighted with the new washer/dryer. It really has made a huge difference at the school - our jobs are now so much easier.”
