Idyllic honeymoon leads to a home in Idle

Wayne and Lucy Cyprien, who have been honeymooning in Dubai and the Maldives for the past two weeks, had been house hunting for 12 months and were beginning to give up on finding the perfect home until they came across the Iris development in Idle, Bradford, by McInerney Homes.

And having returned from their idyllic honeymoon to Idle the newlywed couple are ready to settle into married life after receiving the keys to their dream property from McInerney Homes.

The couple, who previously lived in Poplars Farm, Bradford, bought their Staveley three storey property through the part exchange scheme, which offers home buyers a faster route up the property ladder by incorporating the value of their previous home in the sale.

Wayne, 26, said:

"The part exchange scheme made moving house much easier and in such a short space of time McInerney Homes has helped us find the perfect place to start our married life.

"When I first looked around the Staveley home I loved the luxury fitted kitchen, the spacious lounge and dining area and I am delighted to now be moving into it with Lucy."

The Iris development is a pleasant community being built in the heart of the village of Idle which is nestled on the northern edge of the historic City of Bradford in West Yorkshire, only minutes away from stunning countryside. The development offers beautiful scenery with rolling hills and canals nearby perfect for taking a leisurely stroll, discovering lots of local history and beauty spots.

Currently on the development there is a choice of two, three, four and five bedroom homes available to reserve, with prices starting from just £124,995.

Lucy, 22 said:

"Our honeymoon was fabulous and it was really nice to come back to our new home. My favourite features of the house are the nice big rooms and the kitchen area is just stunning.

"Our puppy Rolo loves the spacious garden to play and dig in! He has settled in really well."

A number of incentives are available on this development including the first step equity scheme, 5% deposit paid for first time buyers or part exchange on properties further up the chain. These incentives and the Staveley house type is also available on other developments around the region including Hope in Knottingley and The Edge in Barnsley.
