McInerney incentives get people moving

Anne Marie and Steve Fox are Hope’s moved into their three bedroom townhouse house just a couple of weeks ago, with their dog, Star, who is a rescued Greyhound Lurcher cross.

When the Fox’s fell in love with their Staveley house on the Hope development, they were soon reassured that having their own house to sell would be no problem, as McInerney Homes could offer the couple a Part Exchange Incentive. Following a simple, "you buy ours, we’ll buy yours" scheme, this meant that the value of their home was incorporated into the sale, allowing the couple a faster route up the property ladder.

37 year old Anne Marie who works as a supervisor for a local vending company said,

"The Part Exchange deal was just perfect for us. It meant that we could move from our home in Byram, which we had outgrown, into Hope, in a matter of just eight weeks.

"We’ve only been here a couple of weeks and already, we feel right at home. Hope is a small delightful development with a strong community and all our neighbours are just lovely.

"I absolutely love the spacious design of the house, and the French doors in both the kitchen and the lounge area are just fantastic".
